The multiplier event includes:
- Multiplier event – Results from the CONSOLE project in relation to Ireland will be presented. This includes results from landowner and stakeholder surveys, interviews, feedback at CoP events and statistical analysis.
- Questions and answers
The event is run in as part of Teagasc’s Signpost series ‘Pointing the way to a low impact agriculture’ which attracts farmers, agri professions, academics, researchers and policy makers on a weekly basis.
The Multiplier event provides a discussion on farmers’ attitudes to innovative contract solutions to protect agri-environmental public goods and their benefits. Discussion will center around case studies and results from landowner and stakeholder surveys, interviews and statistical analysis will be presented. The speakers will be Prof. Thia Hennessy and Dr Tracy Bradfield from University College Cork. The speakers will facilitate a question and answer session.
